Ideal candidates are at least 18, love hospitality, and can multitask while communicating clearly. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus, with benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Team spirit and clear communication.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest phone calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Set up the host area using checklists for a smooth shift.
• Maintain professional image at all times per guidelines.
• Manage table flow and seating to avoid bottlenecks.
• Adjust seating to minimize wait times.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to keep service moving.
