Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Mason, OH is seeking an enthusiastic Host to warmly welcome guests, escort them to tables, and set a positive tone for their visit. You will be the first and last impression, ensuring guests feel valued throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities include managing OpenTable reservations, bussing as needed, and collaborating with Front of House to ensure a seamless service. Flexible schedules and competitive pay accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Stand for 8 hours or more per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and waitlists with OpenTable.
• Communicate wait times clearly during peak volume.
• Keep the host stand and entryway clean and organized.
• Buss and reset tables to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with Front of House for smooth service.
