You will support the dining room, manage reservations with OpenTable, and help maintain a clean, inviting entry. The role emphasizes exceptional guest hospitality, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by bussing and resetting tables as needed to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
