Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly and professional Host to deliver exceptional guest service in our fine dining environment. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests with a courteous demeanor, and uphold our service standards throughout the dining experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on F&B knowledge, prior host experience in fine dining, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge within hospitality.
• Experience as a host in a fine dining setting preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong customer service, friendly demeanor, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and spoken English with guests, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards in line with hotel policies and local regulations.
• Assist guests with reservations and seating, and explain restaurant concepts.
• Keep the host stand organized and ensure timely table assignment and seating.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces (FOH & BOH) and proper sanitation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address issues to ensure a memorable experience.
