Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and adhere to hotel and safety rules.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance.
• Communicate guest needs to management and staff promptly.
• Seating guests with proper table settings and etiquette.
• Assist with daily stand-up briefing and event orders as needed.
