Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host in Stevens Point, WI to greet guests, manage seating, and provide an exceptional dining experience. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth reservations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to tables, handling reservations and waitlists, presenting menus, coordinating with servers, and maintaining a clean host stand.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
