Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Host or Server experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or 21 if required to serve alcoholic beverages).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at the Host Stand with eye contact and a smile.
• Manage reservations, the waitlist, and seating chart to keep traffic organized.
• Use OpenTable to manage reservations and accommodate guests with or without bookings.
• Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and introduce them to their server.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready Host Stand and ensure the team communicates guest needs.
• Answer the restaurant telephone, relay messages, and handle guest questions promptly.
• Support seating rotations and coordinate with Servers and Managers for smooth service.
