Job summary

You will coordinate seating to maximize space, communicate clearly with servers and management, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a neat host station. Strong communication, hospitality experience, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest lists.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the waiting list or reservations efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize space utilization while accommodating guest preferences.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any initial concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area.
