Job summary

The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah is seeking a guest-focused hospitality host to welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with the team during service. You will maintain a welcoming dining environment and support reservations and events with a positive attitude.

• Ability to comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations and event orders.
• Excellent memory to recite menu items and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offer seating choice, escort to table and present menu.
• Read and log daily communications to coordinate shifts and management.
• Maintain dining room setup and ensure smooth reservations and events.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
