Kimpton Brice Hotel Savannah is seeking a Front Desk Agent to assist guests with arrival and departure, provide a warm welcome, and manage registrations with a courteous, professional approach. Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Calculator skills for moderately complex calculations.
• Strong customer service with patience and diplomacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to input information accurately in a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
• Adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and listen to requests.
• Complete registration using the computer system, verify guest details and rates.
• Code and issue room keys, provide welcome folders and relevant materials.
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization; handle payments and currency exchange.
• Answer phones promptly; relay messages and retrieve mail and packages.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and address any dissatisfaction or issues.
• Resolve guest complaints through thorough investigation and appropriate solutions.
• Stay calm during emergencies and busy periods; follow attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
