The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah is seeking a passionate bartender to provide hospitable service and craft beverages for guests. You will greet patrons, take and ring up drink orders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar with accurate cash handling and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and alcoholic drinks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS use.
• Dexterity for garnishes, glassware, and stocking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
• Requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintain stock and garnish prep for drinks.
• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks with standard recipes.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate alcohol rules.
• Input orders into POS and manage checks for guests.
