Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, event orders and similar written materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move in a crowded room and seat guests with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, escort to table and present menu.
• Read, maintain, and log daily entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper dining room setup and manage reservations for function events.
• Coordinate records for reservations and assist with special functions in the restaurant.
