As a critical first impression, you’ll maintain daily logs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth communication across shifts. This role emphasizes excellent guest service, reliability, and teamwork in a vibrant hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
• Read and relay reservations and notes accurately to team.
• Maintain a neat and accurate logbook and assist with guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer seating options.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
• Read, maintain, and reference logbooks to coordinate between shifts.
• Coordinate reservations and special functions as needed in the dining room.
• Support attendance and be reliable for regular shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
