Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication and service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate setup of the bar daily, stocking beverages and supplies.
• Greet guests, take orders, mix and garnish drinks following standard recipes.
• Input orders into POS, balance cash, and ensure accuracy of checks.
• Adhere to all state and corporate alcohol service requirements.
• Assist with stock management and inventory as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional service and foster guest satisfaction.
• Remain flexible to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
