Job summary

The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and ensure accurate registration and billing. You will promote HEI Hotels & Resorts and local attractions while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, resolving issues calmly, processing payments, coding keys, and maintaining a polished front desk presence during busy periods, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office and operate a computer system.
• Ability to handle cash and balance a house bank.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information on outlets and local attractions.
• Complete the registration process and verify guest details and room rate.
• Process payments, credits, and currency exchange as needed.
• Answer the phone promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain calm, organized front desk operations during busy periods.
