Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Host to greet guests on arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests to ensure a positive first impression of the unit. The Host will also assist with questions, directions, and maintaining a welcoming lobby area.

Essential functions include courteous greetings, accurate reservations, guiding guests to tables, and keeping the host stand organized while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and a proactive helpful attitude.
• Ability to recognize issues and communicate them to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a positive and welcoming manner.
• Assist with reservations, questions, and directions patiently.
• Escort guests to tables and assist in seating while presenting menus.
• Handle inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction; report issues to management.
