Successful candidates will be able to stand for long periods, lift items up to 30 pounds when needed, and provide exemplary customer service that aligns with our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Stand, walk, grasp, bend, and pivot repeatedly.
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant and lounge area for service.
• Stock areas with necessary items and manage stock during shift.
• Provide each guest a personalized greeting with charisma and clear communication.
• Seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capacity.
• Answer phone calls in line with brand standards and assist guests.
