Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Seat guests and manage rotation for the service team.
• Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions.
• Communicate server assignments to guests.
• Manage flow of guests in dining and bar areas and provide wait times.
• Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle all to-go and delivery orders promptly.
• Keep host stand and entrance area neat and welcoming.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.
