Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Los Angeles to welcome guests, manage waitlists, ring sales, and operate the POS system. You’ll help guests with basic bowling instructions and maintain a welcoming environment in the venue.

The role requires excellent telephone etiquette and prior guest service experience, with evening/night shifts typical. Perks include free bowling and discounts on food, beverages, and events.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or optional hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service focus.
• Ability to manage waitlist and operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
