Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Murrieta, CA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling operations. You will ring sales, assist with basic bowling instructions, and coordinate with mechanics for equipment issues.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, multi-tasking at a fast-paced desk, and evening/night shifts. Minimum age for alcohol service applies; HS diploma or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (or restaurant/hospitality experience)
• Excellent telephone etiquette required
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per state law

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
