Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at one of our locations. This role involves warmly greeting guests, managing the waitlist, and handling lane and equipment assignments.

You’ll ring sales at the counter, support leagues, and operate front-desk systems. The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old, with excellent telephone etiquette and some hospitality or customer-service background.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience required or optional (see posting).
• Excellent telephone etiquette required.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating assignments.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system and front-desk tech.
