Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and prepare for leagues in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

You will ring sales, operate the POS and central panel, assist with basic bowling instruction, and help show our WOW factor to visitors. This hourly role includes perks like free bowling, arcade credit, and employee discounts; applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience; optional.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsabilités

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter issues and log them.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
