Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage waitlists, and help with lane assignments and sales at the front desk. The role involves explaining basics of bowling, handling POS transactions, and keeping equipment functioning smoothly.

The position requires a friendly demeanor, reliable availability for evenings and weekends, and the ability to work in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette demonstrated in prior roles.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsabilités

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability of lanes and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter following cash procedures.
• Log pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and notify mechanics promptly.
• Offer basic bowling instruction and operate the POS, central panel, and PA system.
