Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle the waitlist, assign lanes, track availability, and prepare equipment while assisting guests with basic bowling instructions and operating POS systems.

Applicants must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or hospitality experience; strong telephone etiquette and reliable teamwork are essential for our fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience or proven school/work success.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone to set a welcoming tone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability for lanes and shoes.
• Assist with lane assignments, leagues, and equipment preparation.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash handling procedures.
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and operate POS, central panel, and PA system.
