Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and operate POS systems. You’ll assist with basic bowling and uphold an inviting guest experience.

Requirements include HS Diploma or hospitality experience, strong telephone etiquette, and ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment venue. Pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour with benefits described in the company page.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
