Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Somerville, MA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter. Evening and weekend shifts are available in a lively, entertainment-focused setting.

The role includes operating the POS system, assisting with basic bowling instructions, coordinating lane and equipment readiness, and ensuring a friendly, professional experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability to assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter following cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers and P/A system.
