Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Des Moines. You’ll greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane assignments, shoes, and equipment while handling ring sales and basic bowling instruction.

This role involves operating our POS, central panel, computers, and PA system in a lively entertainment environment. Evening and weekend shifts apply, with perks including free bowling and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify.
• Customer-facing role requiring friendly and inviting demeanor.
• Handle waitlist, lane assignments, and cash transactions per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone to set a positive tone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability for lanes and equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter issues and log them.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
