Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Allen Park, MI seeks a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and help with lanes and equipment, while providing basic bowling guidance.

This role requires a friendly, reliable team member with strong phone etiquette and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and shifts. Perks include free bowling, arcade access, and discounts on events and food/beverages.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for a position.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong phone etiquette preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in-person and over the phone with a friendly, inviting tone.
• Manage waitlist and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures; operate POS.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests as needed.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Operate central panel, computers and PA system as required.
