Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Michigan is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support bowling leagues. You will ring up sales, operate the POS, and assist players with basic instruction, while keeping the venue running smoothly and safely.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, reliable attendance for evening/night shifts, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
