Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Orlando, FL is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring up sales, and support the action at the desk.

The role requires a friendly phone manner, basic bowling instruction, and the ability to operate the POS, central panel, and PA system. Evening and weekend shifts are common in a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability for lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter, following cash procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
