Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry.
• Previous host experience in fine dining preferred.
• Will be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise English communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests.
• Seat guests with a friendly demeanor and align with restaurant flow.
• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle reservations, phone inquiries and guest seating efficiently.
• Keep restaurant space clean and organized; assist with table settings.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to create a memorable experience.
