Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa, a historic AAA Four-Diamond resort, seeks an attentive host to warmly greet and seat guests in our dining venues. You will help manage the flow of guests, answer questions about menus, and assist servers to ensure a seamless, high-quality dining experience.

A professional appearance and courteous demeanor are essential in representing the Omni standard. Ideal candidates have at least one year of hosting experience in a similar atmosphere and can work varied shifts,

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as host in similar dining atmosphere preferred.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Able to perform multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls.
• Greet and seat the guests.
• Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance.
• Knowledge of hotel property.
• Inform the guest about buffets.
• Attend to and anticipate guest's needs.
• Familiarization with menu.
• Knowledge of daily specials.
• Assist servers in providing efficient and quality service to our guests.
