Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience in a host or guest-facing hospitality role preferred
• Fine dining or steakhouse experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and performance standards required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and overtime

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional first impression
• Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone and reservation systems
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with service staff for smooth operations
• Assist with opening, closing, and readiness of dining areas
• Support guests throughout service and attend to VIPs and special requests
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and hotel activities
• Thank guests upon departure and invite return to the property
