Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, manage reservations, and seat guests according to SOP.
• Maintain the host stand and guest entrance cleanliness and organization.
• Greet guests and explain restaurant concepts; support seating and service flow.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards; assist with inspections.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure proper table sets and seating accuracy.
