Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group Detroit is seeking a friendly breakfast attendant to set up, serve, and maintain food and beverage items for guests in a timely manner, while upholding brand standards and safety policies. You will help ensure a consistent guest experience across shifts and maintain a clean, organized breakfast area across breakfast service times.

You will greet guests, familiarize them with stations, pull and restock supplies, polish glassware, and manage clean-up before and after

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 Year previous customer service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.

Responsibilities

• Set up complimentary breakfast areas and pull stock for inventories.
• Greet guests, familiarize them with stations, and assist as needed.
• Polish glass, plates and stemware; restock and replenish supplies.
• Maintain lounge and clean all surfaces, equipment, and dining areas.
• Break down stations, return dishes to kitchen, and ensure cleanliness for next shift.
