Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking an attentive food service professional for restaurant operations at AC Detroit, Bonstelle, Detroit, MI. The role focuses on delivering meals, maintaining timeliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a hotel dining environment.

Responsibilities include food delivery, table upkeep, and supporting the service team to exceed guest expectations while complying with safety and grooming standards. High school diploma and prior food service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school completion or an equivalent level of education required.
• One to three years food service experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required
• California RBS Certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their food.
• Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware.
• Cleans tables, chairs and floor area.
• Resets tables quickly and restocks serving stations with china, glassware, and silverware.
• Assist service team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Handle all equipment and linens safely and properly.
