Mohegan Sun is seeking an experienced hospitality host to guide guests to their tables and provide courteous, high- quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming front desk area.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, adherence to sanitation standards, and daily pre-service meetings to ensure seamless guest experiences. A professional, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Previous host experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide to appropriate tables per maître d'.
• Assist with reservations and answer guest questions at the front desk.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure menus are organized and ready for service.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and communicate guest needs to the team.
• Adhere to health, sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
• Report breakages or equipment issues to management promptly and accurately.
