Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Bellevue, WA seeks a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and keep our front desk running smoothly. You will help with lane and equipment handling and provide basic bowling tips as needed.

Operate the POS and central panel, assist guests and staff, and maintain a welcoming environment. Must be 18+; room for growth and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of any malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
