Qualifications

• 2+ years of host / hospitality experience.
• Ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Commitment to creating great experiences for our members and guests.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time.
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a welcoming manner.
• Manage seating flow to maximize club capacity.
• Organize reservations including private party contracts.
• Handle transactions (cash, credit, house charges, gift cards, and room charges).
• Answer questions about hotel and club outlets, services, including events.
• Work with the Event Coordinator on event tasks.
• Provide personalized member experiences.
