Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across the gym. You will hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, oversee member services, compliance, and inventory, and partner with sales, fitness, facilities and marketing teams to improve overall gym performance.

The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and brand standards while growing the business in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Background in fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the service team to deliver an elevated member experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club and front desk.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns and inquiries.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and up-to-date certifications.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of the gym.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities and Marketing teams to improve gym performance.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
• Maintain calm, clear communication with staff and members during emergencies.
