Job summary

Moxy Springfield Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with registration and room assignments, and answer questions about hotel services, dining, and local directions.

The role involves managing room availability, guest accounts, payments, and billing, posting charges, handling reservations, and communicating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Evening and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, billing, and postings.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
