Strong communication, flexibility, and a calm demeanor are essential. Bilingual skills are a plus as you help guests enjoy their stay in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
• Experience in front desk, reception, or customer service desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and PMS (experience a plus).
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Drivers’ license and insurability may be required at some locations.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professional demeanor.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, provide hotel services and local information.
• Manage guest payments, issue room keys, and update the PMS.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness.
• Promote hotel services and amenities; upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure security procedures and monitor guest access.
