Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, handle requests, and maintain a hospitable, efficient atmosphere.

You will stay informed on hotel features, rates, promotions, and local activities, while using the property management system to input data and coordinate with other departments. Strong communication and computer skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front desk agent or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with computers and generic software.
• Basic math skills for transactions and balancing.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Know hotel features, hours, rates, packages, and activities.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and verify guest information.
• Coordinate with other departments for special requests.
