Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Lebanon, Tennessee, is seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk professional to manage day-to-day front office operations and welcome guests with a courteous, market-savvy approach.

You will greet and register guests, promote hotel services, coordinate with departments, and contribute to guest satisfaction while maintaining the hotel's standards of hospitality and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special request when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering to take future reservations and providing recommendations for alternate same brand-type products.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and contacts through guest interaction and report to the appropriate person.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of any special requests, late check-outs, and special needs areas.
• Learn and utilize PMS.
• Ensure all cash, check and miscellaneous departments are balanced at shift end.
• Assist in other areas such as F&B, cleanliness of property, and guest satisfaction.
