Responsibilities include maintaining a clean front desk, processing payments, updating guest records, generating reports, and standing 6-8 hours daily. A high school diploma and 1-2 years in customer service are required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide prompt, professional service.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party or department; take messages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Update and maintain guest records in the reservation system.
• Process payments and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Stand for 6-8 hours per day.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and other transaction inquiries.
