Job summary

Remington Hotels in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, assist with pre-registration and handle reservations as needed. You will post charges accurately and maintain a working knowledge of the Front Office system to manage daily transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and know how to post all charges.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information and make change correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates/discounts and related policies.
