Qualifications

• Prior customer service/front desk or receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors and employees promptly and professionally.
• Manage calls, route inquiries and take accurate messages.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out and maintain records.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized and welcoming.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and visits.
• Process mail, packages and deliveries and respond to inquiries.
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with other departments.
