As the Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every guest and visitor receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing front office operations, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests, visitors, and employees promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages as needed
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and visits
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Respond to guest and customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating as appropriate
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and communication
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service, front desk, or receptionist role preferred
