Job summary

The Siren Hotel in Detroit seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first contact for guests from arrival to departure and follow-up. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests with courtesy and accuracy.

Strong English skills, 1 year hotel experience are preferred. Candidates should be flexible across weekdays, weekends and holidays and comfortable with cash handling and IT systems.

Qualifications
