Job summary

The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. You will deliver a warm, efficient guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring accurate reservations and payment details are captured.

As a front-facing ambassador, you’ll promote the hotel rewards program and assist guests with inquiries while coordinating with other departments to maintain a seamless stay. This full-time role requires excellent communication and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in using reservations and payment details.
• Promote the hotel rewards program and recognize current members.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
• Coordinate with other departments and inform on VIP or special requests.
